why is it that there are so many conceited people out there?
like i was watching America's got talent, and there are some crazy people out there who thinks they're the best. but like seriously, hasnt anybody ever told them they suck?
and not just this show, it also happens on American Idol and many other talent/dancing/singing competitions.
sorry if there's already a topic about this, i didnt see it. feel free to close if you need to.

I agree with Suzette. I'd rather see an over-confident person get shot down than someone who thinks they're not good at anything.
It also sucks when that person can't be helped because they're most likely right about themselves.

Yeah, you see alot of those on American Idol. You wouldn't really go on a television show if you weren't confident that you were actually good enough. So i guess they have a big self esteem.

i just think it's stupid to tell an overconfident person who is really bad at 'singing/whatever talent they think they have' that they are good at it...look at william hung...it can be amusing at first, but it gets dull and can be cruel

i concur, suzzette.
people thinking they're good is less annoying than knowing they're not.
