How do feel about politcally-charged songs? Are they too subtle? Too overt? Should the artists just shut up and sing? And if you do like politically-charged songs, do you have any favorites?

Some politically-charged songs do bug me, but most of the time, I don't listen to the lyrics.

Eh, I think it's hard for people to pull them off. Sometimes they come on too hard and sometimes they just look like they have no idea of what they're talking about. My theory, people shouldn't make songs about things they haven't personally experienced.
