geez. What did they jock?


How could you not hold a grudge? People just took all your hard works and call it theirs. If you design a dress and someone copy your design and make million out of it. Shouldn't you be entitle to it.

Designers are not one-stop shop for quick layout that you can manipulate and make it yours. Go learn like we did.

This topic is old, so it's been awhile since the people I reported jocked me. Oh I agree with you. That's my whole point.

Yeah me too. That was one of the reasons I made this topic to list all the jockers but some people didn't think that was a good idea.

I don't know why you guys get your panties tangled about this. It happens, and there isn't any way of stopping it unless you would like to remove every thing you have ever created off of the internet.

This has happened before, and more than likely nothing is going to happen but I will take the time to contact them and discuss some type of agreement to get them to stop collecting layouts from createblog.com

Although, to be quite honest they probably have it written somewhere on their website that they don't hold any rights or are the designers of the works posted on the website.

The last post was on May 1st and then you posted in it on June 9th...Thats a big difference in time.

Maybe I didn't look around enough, but even if they do have that posted somewhere, it doesn't mean they can mass-jock layouts from so many people. D:

I didn't think it was problem because it was on the first page and towards the top of the list at the time.

Well to be honest, if you go to any websites set up like this, they more than likely didn't make any of the layouts. A lot of people just made websites like that to make money from myspace traffic.

Most of them really don't care who's layouts they are either, and I tried contacting them but it didn't go through. Apparently the e-mail is wrong that they provided. lol, figures.

I'm confuse now because I can't tell rather the other post was to my original topic or the other topic. My topic was to list all jockers on here and the other topic was just reporting a website.

Well just look at the dates, or start quoting the posts you want to reply to. I just don't find it nesccary for there to be a bunch of topics for sites that have our layouts on them. There isn't anything we can do about it most of the time, so if their just merged together then its fine.

There are actually places where you can buy a ZIP folder with a whole myspace layout site in it. It contains all the layouts and everything. You just change the colors of the layout. So people do that just to make money.

How do you think those websites that have a CRAPPY site layout have 1000's of layouts? They steal them or buy them.

That makes me so mad that people pay $25 and then get millions of hits while they sit around doing nothing. While I work my butt of everyday on my site, and get only a few hundred hits.

haha yea I know, I use to sell layouts that I created to sites like that I guess I just never cared and I was getting paid for it XD But getting a deal of $25 for thousands of layouts and stuff is stupid.

This reminds me of NarutoFan (damn that Tazmo), where the site administrator would charge a monthly fee for members to download manga scanlations and subbed anime! It's so stupid because scanlations are released for free, and anime subbers are not charging anyone. So websites like NarutoFan are reaping off the efforts of scanlating and subbing teams. It pisses me off, since NarutoFan CLAINS to scanlate/sub. >=[ And their servers are not even faster either.


Anyways, ignoring that rant, woah Holly, you can sell layouts? :O I didn't know that... haha

lol yea, when I didn't have a job and needed money I use to make layouts for these people that owned myspace layout websites. They pay you per layout and you just sell them the rights and stuff for everything. Now if I ever really need money I just code a band myspace for a band that I can find that needs a good layout.

this isnt a jocker as such but i didnt knw where i should report this....


this person has been saying they are the "official createit's inspector"
and has been rating some peoples layout and sometimes making pointless comments

although i may be wrong i dont believe that they are who they say they are,

I was randomly going to websites and found this one, and this guy apparently jocket a bunch of crap from like...everywhere. AND I KNOW I've seen his banner before, somewhere on DeviantArt. So yeah. I was just wondering if anyone knew who made it so they could get notified.

he sort of "tried" to credit the creator of his banner with a link to deviant art. of course, at 11 he probably doesn't realise that, oh, deviant art is a community.

I guess it's annoying, but s/he already wrote a big rant on her site about it, so why post it up here again? The kid's eleven. Back when I was eleven, I thought I could take anything that showed up on google images.

i know the artist, i notified him of the situation.
