Hi well I am pretty short. I am 15 and I wanted to know when girls usually stop growing? When did you all hit your growth spurt, and if there is anything I do to help myself grow lol?

Im 14 and im around 5'3. I havent hit my growth spurt yet. Um no, I dont think theirs anything to help you grow.

You're sorta lucky. My cousin, who's a GUY, is 16, and is like, 5 feet tall. I'm serious.

I believe it happens when your period starts. I'm not sure if it completely stops, but it basically slows down a lot or halts there.

Most girls completely stop around the time they turn 18, though my friend did grow half an inch when she went off to college.

To find out the most exact time for yourself, you can ask your doctor.

^aye. They'll take an x-ray of your growth plates and tell you how much more space you have to grow, and though it can't be completely accurate, it can get close.

so even if you are 15, your bones may still be genetically at a 13 year old level.

Yeah, it depends on each person but its around the age of 18-19 from what I know...soo...I'm stuck this short for a looong time, haha.

I'm 14 & 5'4, and my doctor told me that I was just about done growing.

All my teachers in 8th grade said that girls are pretty much growing once they're like 14-15ish.
I'm 16, and only 5'3ish (maybe '4..or close to)

I dont think I'll get any taller. my mom's like a cm shorter than me, and my dads like just a foot taler than me.

i hit my growth spurt when i was 14. i think i grew 5 inches in less than a year. but not everyone gets growth spurts.
