WOW I love this! I love the banner and the grunge details in the blog/navigation. And the little details really impress me... not to mention that the guys are hot 
i love it! but there is a gap between the banner and the actual site...im using the infamous internet explorer though....
I'm loving the banner, it's really big and pretty! Although, the blog is a little wacky in Firefox.
