Excuse the grammar mistakes, please.

The correct way to cook instant noodles without harming our bodies and health. Normally, how we cook the instant noodles is to put the noodles into a pot with water, throw in the powder and let it cook for 3 mins around and then ready to eat. This is the WRONG method of cooking the instant noodles.By doing this, when we actually boil the ingredients in the powder, normally with MSG, it will change the molecular structures of the MSG causing it to be toxic. The other thing that you may or may not realized is that, the noodles are coated with wax and it will take around 4 to 5 days for the body to excrete the wax after you have taken the noodles.
CORRECT method, which you may or may not know, is to cook the noodles this way :
1. boil the noodles in a pot with water.
2. once the noodles are cooked, take out the noodles, and throw away the water which contains wax.
3. boil another pot of water til boiling and put the noodles into the hot boiling water and then shut the fire.
4. only at this stage when the fire is off, and while the water is very hot, put the ingredient with the powder into the water, to make noodle soup.
5. however, if you need dry noodles, take out the noodles and add the ingredient with the powder and toss it to get dry noodles.Edit:
THE ONLY EXTRA STEP YOU HAVE TO DO (basically) IS THROW AWAY THE WATER YOU ORIGINALLY BOILED IT WITH AND ADD MORE WATER. It's not that hard.

..Interesting.
A lot of people actually also take cup of noodles and dump it in a bowl first, to avoid contact with the foam container which could be harmful.

I prefer to just drain the water and then add the mixture. No boiling of MSG there.

You just have to boil it one more time.
It's not really that much "crap" to do.

That's actually sort of how I cook my noodles (the second way), but not because of the "toxic" part. I'm pretty sure that's a giant myth (although, I'm willing to believe it if anyone can provide me with evidence).
I boil a pot of water, add noodles and boil them for maybe 2 minutes max. Any longer and the noodles get mushy, which is gross. I take out the noodles and pour out the water it was boiled it, because the instant noodles I eat have been fried beforehand, briefly, and the pot of water is full of oil. Then I just add the packet of flavouring and pour in boiling water from a kettle.
It's actually not that hard...And they taste better.
Anyway, instant noodles aren't too great for you anyway. How 'bout we all just stop eating them?

Wow, doing all of that kind of defeats the purpose of it being "instant noodles", doesn't it.

Wow .. I would've been told this sooner.
OH. Lol.
My dad knew about the toxic crap, only he put the powder in it, and then took the water out.
It was completely tasteless. I'll remember to tell him how to do it the right way
