I have a 30gig video ipod. I barely use it for its videos, but I do have a couple seasons of scrubs on it... Just no time to watch on the iPod

i think the video ipods are kinda' dumb, personally

ipods were made for music, not to watch tv shows..
well, music videos are acceptable

well, i have a 30 GB ipod video [black] and i usually just listen to music...but when i went to france during spring break for a school trip this year, i took my iPod and watched an episode of The Office everday there. [it saved me, cause there was no internet]

i didnt want a video ipod because i heard that you had to buy your movies/shows instead of just inserting your dvd into the computer to copy.

nahh. you just have to have a dvd conveter which alot of computers come with. if not you can buy one and do it all you want and its ALOT cheaper.

I have one. It's plain white and I got it 3 years ago. So, it's like maybe around 3 years old or so.

It's the Original (1st Generation)iPod 20GB.

Now, I wished I waited and I want a video iPod. >.< But watching movies take up a lot of battery usage though. =X

Although, I would never want a nano. Their too small for my likings. Although my black iPod video is a little too big for my likings. I miss my iPod mini, it was just right. I still have it, and it works, although I let one of my best friends borrow it half of the time.

Don't bother to get a ipod if you want it for the video. Watch something for like 30 minutes and poof~ Battery dies. Get a nano: Sleek, sexy, and very very thin.

I wish the nano was the mini size. I put my nano in a case, and the case makes it a good size.

i have the 60GB black. and yess i would suggest it to any music lover. its portable and you can store movies, pictures and mv's in it also.

Ah, so old!... I really wish it had color on the display. But I LOVE the size. Nano's are too small and iPod Videos are too big for my taste.

I got the original iPod Nano back in October 2005. I'm happy with it, except it gets scratched so easily. Jusun knows what I mean.

My boyfriend has the new iPod nano 8gb and it's pretty cool. Honestly, I think watching a movie on the small screen of the ipod video is tough, especially since I have such poor eyesight. Watching movies on the PSP is much better, if you want something mobile.

Good news -- You can put music videos on the new iPod nano. :D

Ah yeah it does. Especially the Apple logo, being a slightly darker shade i can see some scratches..i still need a case.

Same I would LOVE having a iPod touch I mean come on youtube videos plus website browsing and the fact that you can use it like a regular iPod of course iPhone would be better but eh my mom would NEVER let me change my service.

I personally don't like it, and I wouldn't get one for myself. However do I recommend it? Yes definetely. It's somewhat of a convenient Digital Music Player.
