I already have my image sliced and I saved it for the web. I also have the "images" folder with all of my sliced images inside, but how exactly am I supposed to upload the image since it`s not a jpeg, gif, or png file. Is there something else that I need to do?

After you've used the ruler to slice your images in Photoshop, you should've clicked "Jump to Image Ready", and then you should've used the image slicing tool and save them as optimized, and they should've saved as .gif files. Maybe you should start over, using this tutorial: http://www.eyesondesign.net/pshop/slicing/images.htm

Thanks for the tutorial! I`ll check it out and start over again.

so, if i created a DIV layout in photoshop, if i just slice it in photoshop and do the rest in imageready, would that save me all the trouble of having to figure out how to code everything?

because i suck at html.

but i've had really good layout designs that i just never could figure out how to get onto the web : /
