Hey, would any of you happen to know why my text in photoshop is suddenly choppy around the edges instead of smooth? It's never done this to me before and just started doing it several days ago. I can't figure out how to fix it, and I haven't been doing anything abnormal. I just type, then click away, and it looks horrible. Any advice?

you might've unchecked hinting, force auto-hinter, or antialiasing.

i knew what you meant to begin with. go to your text tool and pull up the tool box that you change your options in. and check all of the things i mentioned above.

on top next to font size and stuff, there should be one that says anti-aliasing right? play with that. set it to something other than 'none'.
