Is there a way to edit a scrollbar so that it'll show up edited in firefox?
Colors don't show up in FF, if that's what you mean
Yeah, colors only show up in IE.
can you make it transparent then?
I believe editing scrollbars are only a feature Internet Explorer offers, though I could be wrong. 
^She's right. You won't be able to make the scollbars in Firefox transparent. You can't edit them at all.
