I hope this is OK to post here..

Does anyone know an easy tutorial for creating eBay templates (possibly even ones that use Photoshop)? I've spent all night looking through Google, but so far, no luck. Thanks :)

Uh. Well this will you code one. But I can't find any that help you design one. Maybe this will help but first you have to download Turbo Lister if you don't already have it. Then use this tutorial: http://www.reallez.com/tutorial_turbolister.html

i used to know how when i worked for iCella, i had to help one of the newbs make a new ebay store. http://stores.ebay.com/wirelessmore

but i dont remember where to navigate to insert the code. you'd have to let me login to your account so i can refresh my memory, but basically there is a thing where you insert your own code and basically you just make a static page and make that your default homepage, and then add in a search box for good measure.

then for the pages that actually have content like http://search.stores.ebay.com/wirelessmore...3227869QQsofpZ0 you just use their form. You can also trick out the css by looking at their stylesheet.

then for the item pages, you can do whatever you want for the content. http://cgi.ebay.com/For-LG-Chocolate-8500-...1QQcmdZViewItem

that's ^ what I'm looking to do. I'm new to this, so is there a certain program to use, or how do you create the HTML code for a page like that?

like any other way you create html for any page... thats just a regular html page. you can download turbo listers, then insert the html page through there to post it on ebay.
