What is your favorite sports movie?

I'm quite partial to Coach Carter m'self. I also just rented Friday Night Lights (of which I have VERY high expectations) from Blockbuster tonight.. I also REALLY adore Million Dollar Baby..

I think my favorite sports movie would have to be Coach Carter and The Replacements.

I've watched plenty of basketball movies for some strange reason. I don't know though... I remember watching Friday Night Lights and that movie was like, Woah. It didn't exactly blow me away HOWEVER it did suck me in.

I love Remember the Titans as well. But it's so overplayed at my school that it became boring.

I don't really watch sports movies or movies about sports (whatever you want to call them). The last movie dealing with sports I watched was Radio. mellow.gif

Remember the Titans is an absolutely excellent film...

I love how it manages to take an issue, deal with it, and remain not too preachy... I really ought to watch it again soon.. UIt's been AGES
Rachel
I don't think I've seen that many sports movies, besides Remember the Titans and Love and Basketball.

I'd have to say A League of Their Own. I love that movie. It really isn't the most intense movie of all time, but it's one of those movies that just stick with you - it's a classic.
steve330

Chicago
i really liked Miracle, the hockey one.
fire
- MIGHTY DUCKS.
