with photoshop and all, would someone code it for me

i had image ready on my old laptop but not on this one :(
so i dont know how to code it otherwise
it would really help me out if someone were to do this for me

I wouldn't mind doing it for you. But you need 50 posts to request a layout to be designed or coded for you.

Actually, a coding request typically only requires a minimum of twenty-five posts.
