1) Do not crash diet, only causes your body to gain more weight afterwards.
2) Try to eat fresh foods in every color of the rainbow everyday.
Example: red= strawberries
orange= carrots
yellow= banana
green= spinach
blue= blueberries
3) Drink water, avoid soda and alcohol.
4) Eat foods high in fiber, like; apples, whole grain cereal, and oats. Fiber is the stuff that makes you feel fuller.
5) Take your time to sit down at the table and enjoy your meal.
6) During commercial breaks do push-ups, sit-ups, or jumping jacks...etc.
7) Set yourself some weekly goals, and perhaps reward youself every couple weeks.
8) Listen to music when excerising, studies have shown that people who workout with music tend to last longer in their workouts.
9) Mix it up with cardio, strength, and flexibilty so you won't get bored of the same thing.
10) Have fun and don't give up.
Try not to focus so much on the number of pounds you lose, since muscle weighs more than fat. But focus on your health and mentality. Good Luck!
