Ok. There are too many similar topics in here asking how to develop themes for wordpress. I have a tutorial from my site that I can post here, I just need to fix it up because I just realized i forgot some steps.

It probably wont be available until cB's tutorial section is up and running again, but just sit tight. There will be no use posting 934024 more topics asking how to skin and install your wordpress.
