Ok I can make layouts for sites but I just can't code them. Can someone help me code a layout if I make it? I need to get this site up and running like asap. Or can someone make one for me?

there are a ton of tutorials on this site. try looking after the tutorials section goes back up ( i think its down for maintenance)

I can't get to the tutorials it says something bout having to login and stuff and when I put my name and password still can't get in.
