Well, my brother's friend is graduating this year, and somehow I want to congradulate him. We're friends(he said so himself), and I sorta like him, but for now I just want to be a closer friend. A simple "Congrats!" or something isn't too good coz that's something you could even say to a stranger who did a slam-dunk at the park's b-ball court.. I know this is an EXTREMELY weird topic, but I just don't know what to do. A hug would probably scare him cause I only met him at the beginning of the school year... Would a silly card or something be good?

Yeah, a card would be cute. Or you could write him a letter saying how much fun you have had this year togerther as friends and then congrads like at the end of it.

Haha, I think it would be cute if you got him a HUGE congratulations card. They do sell those about the pharmacies.

I think it would be better to give him a hug, because a hug is friendly, but not too friendly...and a card is saying "hey, I went out and spent money on this" and then you have to actually sit there and write something in it, and a hug is quick fast and easy...and not creepy...like a card. lol.

Put a little tiny roll of paper in a balloon. Blow up the balloon. Tie the balloon. Write "congrats" on the balloon. Give him the balloon... and a hug. Make sure he knows to pop it.
Write a "stay in touch. no, seriously!" in the paper or something.

That's a really cute idea, I like it.
But yeah, a hug isn't so bad, just don't linger too long and it shouldn't be uncomfortable.

YESH! get him a card. It'll show you care. Also, like Mystic says, it's really sweet and thoughtful!

The balloon idea is really good. and honestly, hugs are not creepy. They're nice! I give a lot of them, when they're deserved. I say, balloon and hug. Its a good combination

Thank ya, people.

I'll probably MAKE a card, cause I don't want someone else's words in the card. (Most cards already have writting in them.)
