I am considering action against aChase bank. Has anyone out there had a problem cashing in savings bonds? Please let me know.

Chase Bank is seriously a bitch. I've had lots of problems with them for a while...I wouldn't be surprised with a discrimination case against them.
Use HSBC. They're the best.
