hmm...the computer works out my brain and finger muscles. the hunk of chocolate im eating works out my teeth and jaw and stuff. and it dark chocolate, so its pretty healthy right?
i know, sadness.
but im no where NEAR obese (even if i am from new york, america =P)
im actually underweight. not a good thing. but im not anorexic or belimic either.
maybe im under weight cuz i dont excercise.....muscle weighs more than fat, right? maybe im all fat and no muscle? OMG!
i think im gonna go do some push-ups now.

i went swimming for two or so hours earlier _smile.gif im spending the rest of the day cleaning and cooking. joy. running around the house should be good exercise, right.?

I work out every day. 40 mins of cardio on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 20 mins of cardio and abs class, yoga, and weights on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Treadmill for 45 minutes
Wake up @ 5:30am, drink protein shake, take vitamins, flaxseed oil, bee pollen, fish oil, and eat 1 banana. Leave the house by 5:50ishAM, then get to the gym and start treadmill from 6am - 6:45am.

I do a lot of walking with my freinds. Usually I walk for about 2 hours 3x a week.
Today I have done nothing, though im going for another walk tonight...and am actually heading downstairs to the treadmill (ugg) in about 15 minutes.


I need to get my butt in gear, i havent done anything since school ended.

i had a busy schedule this week. but i still try to exercise.

for the past 2 months i have been running 20 minutes and then 40 minutes of lifting. 4 days a week.

but today i do half an hour of push ups/crunches.

5 hour dance conditioning. We did around 500 situps (different kinds), god knows how many pushups, weighted combinations across the floor (dancing with 8 pound ankle weights on each leg), etc.

So freaking sore.

yesterday, got to 'school' at 7am which was actually a friend's house, skipped class with him until 2pm. ran around and did illegal business!
