our music teacher goes on xanga and starts reading.. and then the next day he goes up to the person and starts discussing wut they blogged about.. that never happened to me.. but i think that's reallyyyy freaky. a couple people changed their xangas cuz of him =P hmmm.. i wonder if other teachers do that too? =X

That reminds me of when I was in high school.... a group of asian kids got picked on by a few black kids after school. They all wrote xanga entries about it... used racial slurs that are probably not the most appropriate... and the next day, copies of the entry were posted all over school. All the asians got suspended

man thats soo bizarre. i would've never thought that teachers/principals would take the time and read students pages. whether it be a xanga page or any other.

i thought that until my friend who still attends my old high sku had to close her xanga page. the principal called her into his office and warned that she might get suspended/exspelled for some of the things that he read. when she told me that i was like WTF. he even takes the time to find out the persons IP address. its such a bad situation.

yeah a bunch of 8th graders in illinois are subscribed to me...i bet they gather around a computer during school and say "whats marzi up to now?" then a teacher walks by and says "oh jesters_enemy? what is she up to?" *shakes head* its crazy

One of my old teachers did that.. She told the class about it though, and said she wouldn't talk to the students about the content of the xangas.. hah. I'm not sure if she ever read mine though.

Oh, but my current Bio teacher went to my domain once & signed my guestbook. It's pretty creepy to think that he knows so much about me now.

My signature for my e-mails used to have my Xanga URL. And one day I needed help on my history and science project, so I e-mailed my teachers. I forgot to take the URL so they both know it, but I'm not sure if they actually read my Xanga or not. I don't really find it that creepy though... Just kind of odd. But now I have to think twice before defaming any of my teachers or fellow peers in my Xanga.

well... posts like that are kinda against xanga TOS, but noone pays attention to that. i dunt think it's right for them to get suspended though since xangas are personal blogs and it doesn't relate to school. imagine having someone read your personal journal and get you in trouble for expressing how you feel [of course, it'd be nice if we could express ourselves w/o profanities.... the english language has more than enough vocab to express how we feel...]
