Because you have a div class located at the bottom of your About Me code and those class specifications cause your top friends and comments to be hidden; remove this:

To remove the scroll part, delete the bolded:

I don't think you can. You are using a div layout unless you give them their own div I doubt it will go ontop. You can try putting them in their own div with positions but I'm not positive that would work.

I don't think its going to work at all but just read the div tutorial on how to add a div. (In my opinion your layout is better without them. They kind of ruin it .. a bit.. a lot. But thats just my opinion)
Unhiding your blog would bring other tables back. If your going to have a div , then you link them manually.
