I just got hosted on this awsome site but I have never used FTP before.
I also have a Mac && downloaded a good program for FTP.
Although, I do not know what to do now, HELP!!!

I downloaded a program called "Fetch FTP".
It's for Mac.

Yes I did && it worked fine. I can log in with ease. I just need to know what to do to start.

I use cyberduck so I don't know how exactly to help you besides giving you a tutorial on the program. So try reading this.
