Can someone close this topic, please(: Thank you to rawr socks for all the help!
PowerPoint viewer probably isn't what you want.. It only lets you view them.
But you can download a trial of PowerPoint here. :]
It's only a trial though.. But you'd probably be able to find it if you go through your computer.
Go to C:/Program Files
And under that would be something like "Microsoft Office". Open up that folder and you'll probably find PowerPoint.
