just wondering, how does everyone keep they're teeth clean, as in how often you brush and if you floss and/or use mouthwash

i brush 2 times a day and only floss like once a week
i try to use mouthwash every night but i got lazy and also do it once a week

you floss everyday and brush
but it doesn't hurt to do it 3 times a day

dentists will always tell you to brush 3 times a day [and floss]. well, most will.

i usually do it twice a day, morning and night. i just seem to forget in the afternoon.

I actually enjoy brushing my teeth. So I brush more than 3 times a day. But I hear that if you do this you will brush the enamal (<----sorry i think i spelt that wrong) off your teeth... eekkkk

lol i love brushing my teeth cause i got CHOCOLATE!!!!!!! flavored toothpaste... so i brush my teeth like 4 times a day.. sounds funny yes but the toothpaste is to die for... LOL... i also have caramal floss... yes i have connections with the makers =) so hygene is a fun thing for me lol

Since I have braces, i have to brush my teeth more than usual.
I brush them at least 3 times, floss after, and then use moutwash.

Ermmm... I chew gum to compensate for my brushing only once a day. Yuck, I know.

I have braces, so I usually brush around 2-3 times a day. I don't use floss or mouthwash. I usually just brush right after I eat, and when I can't, I just chew gum.

I brush twice a day. Morning and night. I don't floss because the last time I did, I cut my gum and that put me off from doing it again. Rarely use mouthwash aswell.

I brush my teeth twice a day, but I sometimes do forget to do it at night. I don't use mouthwash because I brush my tongue.. and my breath never really smells or anything. I floss every once in a while, but I'm trying to get into the habit of doing it more often.

I brush twice a day and floss every night. I used to not floss, but I've gotten into the habit for some reason and my teeth just don't seem clean to me if I don't floss.

i go to the sentist every two months or so and the orthodontist every six weeks.

I used to never floss, or use mouthwash. But here lately it's become a habit, thankfully. I used to brush my teeth way too hard, so I kinda have gum problems from it now.

I go to the regular dentist for a cleaning/checkup every three to four months. My uncle is my dentist, so yeah... I kinda have to. But I get special treatment. I dont even have to wait in the waiting room... I just walk on back.

And even though I've had my braces off for almost two years, I go to the orthodontist every couple of months as well.

brushing too much isn't good for your teeth. I used to be obsessive with it, brushing like five times a day because i loved the fresh feeling and wanted to make sure i kept my teeth white. now i only brush 2-3 times a day depending on if i eat during hte day and have to go out and my mouth feels nasty. I usually just use mouth wash during hte day to get rid of the dirty feeling after eatting. i floss sometimes but not as much as what you should.

i brush twice a day [or more] but i never really flossed...then i got gingivitis and it really hurts, so i floss twice a day too
