Sometimes dogs steal food out of your hands...and then there's the big eye thing that very few can resist...

hehe they take really good care of themselves and they understand when you make goggly eyes at them.

i prefer cats (not kittens, they squeal so much my god they actually cry at night)
just like.... i like kids who don't talk much (not babies).

I have have no pets, not even a rock, but I like dogs better.

I say dogs are better...cats are lazy and they lay around all the time (and so do pet rocks).

I definitely would go with dogs more...the unconditional love :-)

cats!! they purrrrrrrrr and fit very nicely in your lap. feed 'em and change the litter, and they'll love you forever!

I really like dogs...they are juss man's or WOMAN (in my case) best friend. They are sooo cute and always so jumpy and excited about every little thing. It makes me happy being around dogs.

Pshh my pet rock is a good rock. He never runs away. He plays fetch and gets my slippers for me. On a good note he doesn't leave "messes" or smell bad.

i had pet dogs be4, then i moved 2 japan and i couldnt keep em. i prefer a dog but i really want a fox 4 a pet so when i turn 18 or so ima try n get a permit or do sometin 2 make it legal.....(i might want a tiger?)

i like dogs better, there more fun, playful and energetic and cats sorta just lay there or walk around but thats just my opinion..

i like dogs the best. but im not a very responsible person (i admit it...) so if it was as my pet.. id rather have a cat. pet rocks are over rated.

personally i like a dog better but you could find a rock anywhere and its free to take care of, no hassle haha

5. Rocks never need spayed or neutered

7. A rock will never run away

These are just a few reasons why rocks make good pets!

i dont have any pets..but i prefer dogs. they just make me happy. cats are okay too..

no! i get along with my cat (s)! everyone is saying they hate cats, but i loooove cats and i don't really like dogs....and why do people always say cats are only cute when they are kittens, yet they don't say the same for dogs??

i love my cats but i have to say i like dogs better just beacuse they do more like you can teach them tricks and stuff but then again dogs are a lot more work so i guess that puts me at.... i like them both the same (im kinda lazy)

i agree with you.. and i have this weird fear of cats... and i've never had a pet rock lol so i'm going with dog
