I got a new fone it's a samsung SGH-E890...
i tried sending a picture message and it doesn't let me when i do it says " unknown subsriber " and when someone sends me a pictures message and i try to open it i can't it says the same thing..
i know i did something wrong but i don't know..

can someone help..

and my service is t-mobile if u need to know..?

Is yoru phone an actual T-Mobile one or is it an unlocked one that's imported?

I have the same problem, so I can't even picture message. Actually, I went on the cell phone forums and there's settings that you can put, but I've tried them all and non has worked for me. I also have a samsung, an e730.

I suggest you ask someone who knows someone that works in a cell phone store because most likely they'll be able to do it. Just don't go to T-Mobile stores itself... They'll suspect something...
