I searched for a topic like this but it wouldn't search? [The red box came up]

Does anybody know how to lose.. arm weight? Well, not necessarily my whole arm, but the part next to my shoulders. I'm going to a party and I'm going to wear a dress, and I don't want my arm to look fat.

Here's a picture to show you what I mean..

Oh, and I don't want muscles or anything. I just want to lose the fat that's there.

I don't know about necessarily losing the weight, but I know push-ups would definitely tone that area. Don't go overboard with it, though, or you'll develop muscle, something you'd want to avoid if you're just looking to make the area smaller.

Try lifting weights. They don't actually make you bulky unless you do it a lot, but it might tone your arms up. There are dumbbells and upright row machines and such that work your arms.

swimming. You use your arm alot. swimming will tone your body, arms, shoulder, back, everywhere.

When's the party? Don't expect to lose a lot on a short period of time.

Weights will definitely help you tone up and get rid of unwanted flab.
