ehm...maybe i'm just retarded, but i can't find the right tutorials for this.



ehm. i just really bump my skills to do something like this. i want the glowy stuff, the atomic bomb looking thing on the right side, and the colorization.

Do you mean the splashes of bright color when you say 'glowy stuff/colorization'?

yes and no.

their skin tone is kind of 'vintage-y' and the glowy stuff would pertain to the "splashes of color" you referred to.

I think the color splashes are created through something like this and the vintage tones are created with this or this?

ehm...are those stamps or brushes that were used to make the swirly things? if so, i can find those on my own, but if not...have any idea??

You can also find the whole vintage type effects here. Even though its for Icons it works well for different styles.
