Why does this not work for me?

and Then it tells me that it was either taken in widescreen or can't be cropped.

I made it to the right resolution
and hit F11
Now I can't get the full shot into the damn screenshot.

That's because your layout extends beyond the resolution dimensions. You're gonna have to submit it that way.
