ok. i want to know how to create glitters on photoshop cs. i don't mean animate it or anything. i mean jsut add the glitter effects and w.e
i use another program to animate things. :)
anyone help?!

So if this isn't an animation, you can simply use glitter brushes. :) Unless you're looking for a specific effect, and if you are, do you have an example?

You may also be able to use glitter fills from websites, not sure though.

Use glitter fills, it's easy.

Find a nice glitter fill you want, open it in an animation program. There will be 3-4+ slides and save each of them. Make you're text and fill it with the first glitter fill slide. Save. Now fill it with the 2nd glitter fill slide & save. Keep doing it until you got all the glitters. Now, go to animation program and put them together, and voila. You got it.
