Has anyone ever seen an ASCII skin? I thought I saw one at Xanga. Is wasn't good though. All I can say is: Start with CSS [Cascading Style Sheets] That is the MOST primary thing you may want. My friend t.k.o. is making skins, PM him, he might do it.
