He probably feels comfortable enough with himself and the relationship between you two to do that. You might be over-analyzing at this point. A simple slap on the bum is not reason to believe that your brother is a sexual predator.

However, you don't have to keep quiet about it if you don't like it. Just explain to him that you feel weird about it. If he never thought about it in a sexual way, the very fact that you'd feel strange about it would make him feel awkward about it, too. He'll stop.

If he doesn't, though, either he didn't catch your seriousness or there is actually something more. If he tries to do more stuff, like touch your boobs, touch areas down there, then you seriously need to tell someone about it.
