Yeah, he is. The box of decorer Pocky might've had four bags inside, but there were only three sticks in each. There was a LOT of coating on one stick though, way thicker than on the ordinary chocolate or strawberry. o_o

Trust me, you'll love it. The coating is at least three times thicker than chocolate/strawberry/"ordinary" Pocky.
