I can tell it isn't exactly a *tween* in Photoshop...
It looks like its melting into each other or something...
How did she do it?
WHIMSICAL 0NE
You need an animation program to do that, what program are you using?
FoxLucky
LOL I have no idea, I use Photoshop and Imageready a lot... is it possible to do it in those programs?
Mulder
i believe that you do that in flash, though i guess you could do it with more difficulty in imageready.
Relentless
I think it's flash. Maybe imageready (don't use it a lot). But I think the mode is "morph".
FoxLucky
Can you explain?
moorepocket
she wish she was that. lol.
FoxLucky
Excuse me?
How do you morph in Image Ready?
Relentless
I believe "Morph" is in Flash MX. Not imageready. I don't think imageready can do those? If not try searching it in google.
FoxLucky
What animation programs are good?
freeflow
I would try Flash. Because thats what above said you can do it with. Imageready is a good program but maybe not for that effect. (Not saying it isn't you can always try)

freeflow

Yes those are for text but you should get familiar with it first before moving on.

I would use Jasc Animation Shop 3 for that. It has similar effects for image transitions. :D
If you get one, go to Effects > Insert Image Transition (:
