Looks arent realli about what a girl's genetically born with.. but equally important is how her personality contributes to it..
ie. how she carries herself and feels about her body; that feeling is also conveyed to us guys

Sure looks might play some part in it.. but isnt there a saying or something, that you dont love a girl because she's pretty, rather, she's pretty because you love her?

I say it's technically all about the looks cuz you're not gonna go talk to someone unless they physically attract you because (even if they are sweet) you won't know it..... so I think it begins at physical attraction and then it becomes whether or not you can bare their personality
