White Chocolate Chip Cookies:

Blurb: I've been making these all night. They are good. End of story.

What you need:
· 4/3 cups all-purpose flour.
· 3/4 tsp baking soda.
· 1/4 tsp salt.
· 1/3 cup white sugar.
· 1/3 cup brown sugar.
· 1/4 cup butter.
· 3/2 tsp vanilla extract.
· 1 egg.
· 3/4 cups (6 oz.) white chocolate chips.
· Macadamia nuts (optional).
· Mixer (optional, but it makes things a HELLUVA lot easier).
· Aluminum foil (on cookie sheet).
· Oven.

What you do:
1. First, preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
3. In another bowl/large container, mix sugar and butter thoroughly. Then, add egg and vanilla extract to this mixture, and mix again.
4. Pour the latter concoctions into the first and mix together, and you have your dough.
5. Add chocolate chips and nuts (if desired); thoroughly mix into dough.
6. Roll about tablespoon balls of dough onto a cookie sheet.
7. Place cookie sheet into oven; bake about ten to fifteen minutes. Remove when light brown.
Makes about two dozen cookies? (A little iffy on that.)
