I bought my boyfriend a Wii on Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, last year '06, for Christmas. Why? Because he wanted one... basically for Zelda. My boyfriend is a guy who likes to own all the systems, so yea, he's neutral in regards to systems. :P I don't know shit about consoles.

Indeed, Wiis are still REALLY hard to find. I have yet to see them in stores, except for the time when I bought the one for my BF. In fact, wiimots and nunchucks are pretty difficult to buy as well, UNLESS you buy the Japanese ones that cost a little bit more. FEH.

When did you get your XBox 360? Did you get it at launch? If so, did yours break down or have any problems yet (3 rings of death)?
My boyfriend got his at launch and finally, after 1.5 years, it f*cked up on him, so he bought a PS3. Damn Xbox and it's poor design (my opinion).

I'm not so interested in the sports, but Zelda and Wario is always fun.
I'm waiting for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Mario Party 8 and Pokemon to come out for the Wii.

Even though Zelda is returning if she is not able to transform into Sheik again, I will be screwed. Nintendo sure is very secret about what characters will be returning. As long as Sheik returns I'm okay. And if MewTwo returns, please make him better.

I was gonna buy one, just for my collection... but my boy a few months ago, broke his plasma HD television and his hand. I decided Wii is retarded and I'm sure many others have injured them selves and or broke property because of the crap development of Wii.

But the question is, which games have you actually played on the Wii? Just wondering, because by expanding your library (or exposure) to more games, it allows you to see other great games as well.
I DON'T play on the Wii, even though we (since I bought it for my bf) share one, sorta lol. Wario Ware is pretty fun, and I've only played Wii Sports once. I enjoy watching my bf play Zelda, as i don't have the patience to play such a long game. Super Paper Mario was interesting to watch, since we rented that from BlockBuster (yay moviepass). I enjoy watching rather than playing.
Eh.. I'll just stick to my DS.
Unsurprisingly, I still don't see Wiis in stores.

I played for my first time last Satuday night, OMG was it fun, I played bowling/tennis/wario games/boxing, it was so intense, we're planning to get one this christmas for the family :D!
Eh.. Wii Sports is getting really old. But hey, it comes free with the system, so can't complain.
