Yeah it was from Supernatural because I remember seeing Sam doing that to the girl because the devil 'possessed' him

Thanks for the replies. I was planning on picking up a tv show to watch and it was between Supernatural or Veronica Mars. I chose VM but I'll be sure to start watching Supernatural.
