Could the names (labels) such as God, Govinda, Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, and etcetera all be describing the very same "Supreme Being?"

And that the only reason there's such a thing as different religions is because of small details that people become fanatic about; that the Bible, Bhagavad-Gita, Qur'an, Torah, Vedic scriptures and others are all attempting to communicate the same message, just told in different ways?

I don't think they are describing the same being because the beliefs are not even the same. From what I hear about Jehovahs Witness's is that they don't believe that Jesus is God, they believe he was mereley only a prophet and nothing more. They worship from what I hear an angel named Michael. The others I don't know about and I've never heard of Govinda.

Well, that's why I stated that it's possibly only the details that are the reason for the coming of such differentiated names. Details such as that Jesus is God, or Jesus is not God, etc.

Like, why are there so many variations of Christianity? Some say it's over the small details, suggesting that people are just complicating the same general message that God was trying to communicate.

And as a note, Govinda is just another name for Krishna (which could just be another name for a Surpreme Being?), which has its roots in the Bhagavad-Gita.

Well, it is a possibility that they are connected in some way but not necessarily. As for Christianity there are several different demonimations of Christianity but all of them believe that Jesus died on the cross for our sins and that he was the son of God. But some vary in there beliefs more than others. Such as Catholics, they believe in Jesus but they also believe in praying to a preacher rather then Jesus when they sin but they all believe in the same thing and follow God.

Exactly my point. The variations are differentiated by not very much.

Though, when we go into supposedly said "completely different religions" such as Christianity to Hinduism to Muslim and etc., the teachings are covered in such distanced regions in the world that even that could become a factor.

This would be saying that the person who incarnated as Jesus of Nazareth at one time was the very same person who incarnated as Lord Chaitanya in Nawadwip during another. This person being the Supreme Being.

I want to see the opposition bringing up contradictions among scriptures or something.

you could be correct. they do all seem to represent the same thing in symbolic terms. in the different religions, there are minor details that make them different, but in others the entire religion is different.
but as far as the Bible, the Quar'an, ect. goes, i think they all teach lessons and everything isn't meanth to be taken completely literal.

Ah, but there's still the "Christian One-Shot Deal" and "Reincarnation & Karma" contradiction between the Bible and the Bhagavad-Gita, the Bhagavad-Gita being just as accountable (or perhaps even more) as the Bible.

Was the Bible misinterpreted? Perhaps someone wanted reincarnation removed for the Bible? Maybe the Bible is just plain wrong? Or, on the flip side, maybe the Bhagavad-Gita is just plain wrong?

I apologize to burst your bubble, but there is only one supreme being that only an elite few are priveledged to know about. Not Yahweh, not Buddha, Not Allah or Muhammed, nothing gay like that. The true supreme being is named Louis and he is the son of a junkyard owner who grew to become a plumber. That very well may have been what happened. Werent there certain books that never actually made it into the Bible? And wasnt there some type of fire or something that destroyed certain books and scrolls, before the New Testament was put together? (sorry, I've forgotten most of the details... I think I learned about that in Bible class a few years ago).
