^ On that specific bottle, it says to help people gain/maintain weight. If that is the case, those skinny models need to drink this.
I don't think it is just for old people. The majority of users might be old people. Maybe the company noticed that old people are purchasing their product, maybe they just decided to go towards that group of people. Maybe that's why when their advertise it, there are always elderly people in it.

My mom drinks those, because she's rather... delicate
People drink them as either meal substitutes to lose weight, or in addition to meals to gain weight or more nutrients.

No, my cousin had to drink them when he was little like 2-3, because he had a hard time gaining weight.
So I guess they're for anyone really, but only those who need them. I know alot of Cancer patients drink them too, because alot of times they dont have very good appetites.
I've heard its bad though to use them as meal substitues. I know in children it can effect their muscle coordination.

I work at a retirement home, so I see a lot of Ensure. It's usually just to ensure (hehe) that certain old, crazy people that don't eat get the nutrients they need, as aforementioned. I personally haven't tried it myself (it looks gross), but my co-workers have said that it tastes good.

It taste like the milk leftover from eating a sugary type of cereal.
There are different varieties of the brand like there's one for preganet women and infants/toddlers.

I was recommended Ensure Plus because I'm quite under-weight.. does this really work?
What are some routines you guys think I should get into?

It doesn't taste that bad. At least, it helps maintain weight and they don't all come in those cans. They sell them in packs like those drinkable yogurt things. Balance it out though, coz it does have a lot of protein.
And dont' stuff yourself with unhealthy junkfood, like someone is bound to mention as a way of gaining weight. I mean it works but it's not the healthiest. Maybe do some exercises?

They are not meant for old people, but some old people do not have teeth to swallow food, so they need to drink Ensure to get their nutrients into the body.
Basically, Ensure is used for nutrition deficient people and old people who can't swallow food.

I used to drink it every morning before they started sending the ones with fiber.
