I'm recently trying to get a nice body with a 6 pack. I myself, is starting to go to a local community center to swim and run. For anybody out there that has a 6-pack, How'd you get it? How long did it take you? Did you change your eating habits?

Barely anything. I'm naturally fit.
Lie on your back, raise your legs (to the 45 degree point), and criss cross your legs alternatively for a while. You could time yourself for a minute, if you want.

Dude it took me like 4 days to get mine, all you gotta do is throw up every morning and every time you bend and squat to reach the toilet, your stomach gets a workout.

Well, I'm a swimmer so I have a 6 pack from swimming. So, I'd recommend swimming. It's a REALLY good workout if you can stand the tediousness.

Lots of running really helps. Doing about 300 sit ups a day is good too.

well i have had one ever since i can remember probably becuase i swim 24/7 but besides swimming lifting helps a lot for some reason and crunches with wedicine balls or free weights. The fitness club my family belongs to has a weight room with a lot machines which woked wonders on my sister haha so use them too if you have access to them
good luck

Ahh swimming. Swimming is great because it works all you're muscles. Like everyone said, workout, sit ups (w/ or w/o weights), running, etc. A friend of mine does pilates (You can go to the place that does it or watch videos & do it @ ur house) and it works to get rid of the belly fat (If you have little or more belly fat on you're tummy) so then you can work out you're abdominals.
