I have a really bad stomach ache. At least I think it's a stomach ache. I haven't had one in so long. It doesn't really hurt on my stomach though...it's more of my diaphragm, like right below my ribcage. It hurts so bad! I can't even stand up straight without hunching over in pain. It feels a lot like cramps, except it's not. I took two tums like ten minutes ago, but it still hurrrttsss. sad.gif

What's wrong with me?

a heating pad or soaking in a tub of warm water will ease your pain
Tums, Maalox, or Pepto-Bismol can relieve some too
hope you feel better flowers.gif

I FIGURED OUT WHAT IT IS!!!

it's acid. i was talking to my friend and she actually has that problem all the time because shes got digestive problems. so, she ended up going to a doctor and tahts what the doctor said. she also said to take a few tums and it should stop!

It could be from nerves... I do the same thing whenever I freak out about something, I end up doubled over it hurts so bad. Sipping on ice water and taking some Pepto Bismol usually helps, or just lying down for half an hour.

It could also be from not getting enough water. I would do that before when I was getting dehydrated. And also, I did the same thing when I got food poisoning... so really, it could be a lot of things. Maybe try some of the stuff suggested and it'll clear up.

It actually stopped hurting after about forty-five minutes. I see that it could be a bunch of things... I think that food poisoning or acid are probably what it was though. thanks guyssss. _smile.gif
