Well one of my close friends who I actually used to go to church with has recently confided in me about something. She has always been straight and liked guys but recently this new girl that she has been hanging around has influenced her a lot and she thinks she has a crush on that girl. Well, she keeps wanting me to give her advice about what she should do but I have no idea...should she tell the girl? Or is that too risky? I really think its kind of a scary subject...one that could really ruin or scar someones reputation...I just dont want to give her the wrong advice...what do yall think?

It sounds more like she admires this girl. She should try going for like a week or something with out seeing her or talking to her and see what she ends up with. If she realizes that it is a cruhs then she might wanna find out if this girl is intrested in her or if she finds out she really just admires her then theire nothing to do.

She might just be bi-curious.
On the other hand in HighSchool one of my best friends told me she was bi and needed help/advice with girls. I was shocked but I tried to help her with her relationships. EVENTUALLY she grew out of it and now shes straight.

Ask her to fantasize about the girl. It might sound strange, but if she ends up thinking, "Hm, I don't find this very attractive", then she'd realize that she isn't bi-curious. She might as well end up enjoying it, and from there, start to think about what she should do.

She's a dyke... So, what? If she likes her, then she should act upon it. It's up to her what she wants to do.
