Listen, you're being arrogant, and yet, emo. Youre saying he wont go out with you cause you're not good enough. I am not good enough, therefore he will not date me. You're already assuming something that hasn't happened. Wrong. Get over yourself.
Your friend is right. So, what if it is hard? Life isn't easy, so deal with it. If you like him then tell him. What's the worse that can happen? He says no? So, what. You get a little embarrassed. Humility is a good thing. So, grow up, and grow a pair. Stop hiding in your corner and do something.
