Okay, I have photoshop and I'm wondering if there's anyway to change your hair color and make it look good. For example, I was wondering what me and my friends look like with striped hair kinda like Kiki Kannibal :P lol just for fun. Anyone know how?

Create a new layer. Paint on that layer with a brush whatever color hair you want. Set the layer to "Color" on the layers pallette

create a new layer set it to "color" use the paint brush tool set to "overlay" change hair color this way. this is also a way to change it make a layer and set it to "color" and then go to normal layer copy only your hair then paste it on the new layer. change the color of the layer to something as you wish i preffer black and white it is easier to change the color.
