alll my pop up blosck is disable but when i click any link it don't show..........when i was that link to work i i have u copy shortcut and paste site in a new browser................watz is happeningg............also i can't add any site to my favorities

i think you need to be more specific... what browser, what blocker software?

What browser are you using?

If you're on IE, it'll show a bar when it blocks a pop-up. You can change the preferences from there.
If you're in Firefox, go to Tools > Options... > Content and uncheck 'Block pop-up windows'

And if you can't add any favorites, it could be because you have malware on your computer. Download Ad-Aware and scan your computer.
