I have these little bumps, that seem like dry skin or dried pimples on my thighs. Some are red, but most are really dry and white. Im not really sure if it is just dry skin or if it was some sort of acne or if its little ingrown hairs but I want to know if anyone knows what these are and how to get rid of them.
And yes I know, exfoliate and moisterize is the obvious answer...but anyone know a good product to use, or better yet what they might be?
