do u scream ? haha i do, not really scream but like i make alot of noise. I just panic cuz it hurts so much.

Haha, I've heard my guy friends talk about weird cramps in their legs out of no where. I've gotten it before. Then...I find myself not being able to walk for minutes.
Where are you refering to though?

yeah, i get cramps just sitting around, that's all i do and i'm always cramped up, it sucks

I don't really scream when I have cramps...the most I'll do is like squint.

Sometimes when I sleep I get a charlie horse and it hurts realllly really bad, and I have to get up and stretch it out.
Is that what you mean?

Is that what they're called? Man, those things HURT LIKE A MOTHER! I woke up and I had this major leg cramp. When I tried to move, I got the worst effin pain shoot up my leg so I basically decided to be paralyzed for the next 20 minutes. How do those happen? Cause if I can prevent them from happening, I'd sure like to know.

well like all of a sudden i move my leg or something and i get a cramp in it and it hurts so bad and i have to strecth it and extend my leg so it wont come back. i guess its just my reaction to scream lol
