i think people misunderstand the meaning of vector.. adobephotop and paintshop pro are PIXEL based programs.. to do REAL vectoring.. you must use Adobe Illustration (the vector based program) .. vector means.. when you make an image.. you can resize.. to 1 px by 1 px back to 1000000 px by 1000000 px.. it will STILL remain high quaility.. it is whats used in the real graphic design world =P

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! it`s a personal pet peeve of mine when people 'vector' in psp and ps... but then again, nobody listens to me :T.

that`s right you`d have to use adobe illustrator to do real vectoring. or some other program but i forgot what it`s called.
