I suppose then you're looking for an inverse iframe sort of deal, where the content on the page INSIDE of the iframe stays static and the outer page changes (as opposed to the inverse of that, which is what iframes actually are). I personally don't like frames, since they're restricting, but I can't think of any other way to remedy your video dilemma.
i thought of that that be always seen iframes where the outside doesn't change and the inside (mainly the content) changes with links
but yeah something along the lines of Iframes will work
looking for tutorials and codes on such isn't a problem... hopefully u get this problem fixed
